Modares is a music producer living in northern Germany, close to Hamburg who has been part of many projects mostly as a session musician in the past. During the past three years he started to concentrate on producing his own material. Being a multi-instrumentalist, he is recordings most parts for his tracks on his own. His love for vintage and obscure gear, is the reason why his music has a certain sound and uniqueness to it.

Modares has been inspired by artists like Brian Eno, Harmonia, John Cale, Four Tet or John Hopkins. So, his style is relaxing and melodic, with just enough of a chill vibe to keep things interesting.
